Seeing Brooks in Shuffle Along months after seeing him in Something Rotten! was really surreal. Fantastic, but surreal. Especially since Brooks does so much dancing in SA, and he’s on stage for a surprisingly large amount of time in Act Two. Brother Jeremiah would find it unacceptable; I found it fantastic.

Happy Trails to Bullets Over Broadway, Woody Allen’s new musical that received six Tony nominations. The show, which stars Zach Braff and Marin Mazzie, is set to close on Broadway August 24, 2014. Congrats to all of the cast and crew for a great run!
